For Local Products:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Custom-printed, Sale, or opened food-safe item cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Customers cover return shipping cost (non-refundable)
  • Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged.
